Your UI looks interesting and the color and fonts you have chosen gives aquatic theme but can't resemble water properly so minor change could have make good difference, the buttons are placed in a intuitive way which is good but a bit color difference and shape could have made it more immersive, overall very good design which followed UX principles to make it more intuitive.
The menu seems very minimal. There is only a button and text file on the screen. The design of the submarine looks decent for just using the shapes on the unity builder and probuilder. The buttons also work properly. The suggestion that I have for this is that, you should add background for this project.
